What does the Pipe-Plast plant manufacture?
Pipe-Plast Company LLP is a Kazakhstani manufacturer of polyethylene pipeline systems, operating since 2008. The plant is located in the Iliysky district of Almaty region, in the village of Otegen Batyr — about 30 minutes from Almaty. It produces and supplies pressure HDPE pipes for water supply and gas distribution, co-extruded pipes and pipes with a protective PP sheath, and fittings — in diameters from 20 to 1200 mm. Products are shipped directly from the plant across Kazakhstan, and part of the output goes to export. Over the years the company has grown from a local workshop into one of the industry leaders in Kazakhstan. We do more than manufacture pipe: our specialists help select the right product for a project and advise on pipeline design and installation.

Pipe-Plast is the only manufacturer in Almaty region able to produce large and extra-large diameter pipe: from 710 to 1200 mm, including demanding thick-wall profiles in SDR 9 and SDR 11. For trunk water mains and collectors this means the pipe does not have to be hauled in from another region — it is made 30 minutes from Almaty.

The plant runs high-tech European equipment: eight Battenfeld Cincinnati extrusion lines operating in parallel. We also produce pipe with a dedicated protective polypropylene sheath for harsh conditions — trenchless installation, laying without a sand bed, and work in unstable soils.

All products are certified within the state technical regulation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and undergo regular laboratory testing. Water supply pipes comply with GOST 18599-2001 and ST RK ISO 4427-2014; gas pipes with ST RK GOST R 50838-2011 and ST RK ISO 4437-2014. We work only with virgin PE 100 raw material, so the guaranteed service life is 50 years and more.
